* sale procedure *
* 1 * - seller sends partial proofs of the product to the buyer.
* 2 * - the buyer confirms the documents and returns a signed letter from his banking officer stating that he undertakes to buy the desired quantity upon receipt of the non-negotiable BL.
* 3 * - the seller sends the contract to the buyer in word format.
* 4 * - the buyer signs the contract and returns it in word format,
* 5 * - the seller returns the final contract signed by both parties to the buyer in pdf format
* 6 * - in 72 hours maximum the seller sends the non-negotiable package to the buyer for verification and control.
* 7 * - in 48 hrs maximum the buyer must make a deposit up to 30 to 50% of the total amount of the quantity desired by him on the seller's bank account.
* 8 * - the seller confirms the deposit, and issues a payment receipt and a provisional delivery slip.
* 9 * - after 10 or 15 days maximum the buyer is invited to tema for the quality and quantity control of the product.
