- Elevage entièrement fait sur place des naissains aux adultes.
- Exclusivement nourris avec des produits naturels, exemple : navette fourragère (Brassica Rapa).
- Pas de produits génétiquement modifiés.
- Surveillance vétérinaire.
- Certification BIO en cours.
- Transport vers la France possible, en camion frigorifique et filet de 5 kgs (escargots vivants).
