How do dry powder bulk cement tanker trailers work?

1. Before unloading, check whether the unloading disc valve, external air source interface, exhaust valve and two feed ports are closed and tightened. If not, tighten it first to prevent air leakage;

2. Start the engine and shift the transmission to neutral, and step on the clutch pedal at the same time to completely separate the transmission from the engine;

3. Turn on the power switch solenoid valve switch, and at the same time slowly release the clutch pedal to make the air compressor rotate;

4. Adjust the control handle of the control mechanism, adjust the speed of the pneumatic sand trailer air compressor to about 900r / min, and stabilize it;

5. When the pressure reaches 0.18MPa, first open the auxiliary blowing pipe, then open the front and rear warehouse unloading disc valve to start unloading, after which the pointer of the air compressor will stabilize a certain value;

6. When the air pressure drops to 0.04Mpa, the rear bin has been unloaded, close the auxiliary blower, open and close the disc valve a few times, and then close the rear bin disc valve and the rear bin inlet valve, that is, only the front bin is discharged , After which the pressure will rise and stabilize to a certain value;

7. When the pressure of the air pressure gauge reaches 0MPa, the discharge is completed, turn off the air compressor (close the power take-off switch), and close the discharge disc valve.
