Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen for ultra-fine material screening
Compared with conventional vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibrating screen has an additional set of ultrasound device. A set of ultrasound device mainly includes ultrasound generator and transducer, ultrasound generator converts electric energy with 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz into high-frequency electric energy with 18 KHz, and transducer changes electric energy into mechanical vibration with 18 KHz. High-frequency mechanical vibrations are transmitted to the screen mesh, this cleans the screen mesh and can increase performance signally.
