Types of Bottle-Top Dispenser

Currently, bottle-top dispenser provided by Hawach falls into two types: mechanical bottle-top dispenser and electronic bottle-top dispenser. Both of them are made of optical glass, Al2O3，ETFE， PFA， FEP， PTFE, platinum-iridium alloy and PP(HARD HAT), so the quality is superb and chemical resistance is excellent.

These two types of products have their own advantages and disadvantages, and you can choose different types according to different need. Compared with electronic bottle-top dispenser, the mechanical bottle-top dispenser has a lower price and fewer limits, it can be applied to wider application areas.

On the contrary, the electronic bottle-top dispenser has reduced human factors and less repeated strain damage, it is more suitable for batching process with higher standards. The volume range of both products are different, mechanical types are from 0.5mL to 50mL, electronic types are from 0.1 to 99.9mL.

1. Prohibited solution: liquid reacting with ETFE, FEP, PEA, PTFE, Al2O3; Liquid corroding Optical Glass; liquid catalytic decomposition of platinum-iridium alloys; explosive liquid and suspension.
