Description of Top Entry Ball Valve:

ZECO top entry ball valve is widely used in oil and natural gas pipelines (industrial valve). Top entry ball valve and side entry ball valve are also divided into floating structure and trunnion mounted structure, the main difference between the two is the ball installation, top entry ball valve refers to the ball from the stem in the installation, and then above the installation of valve cover and fixed ball stem.

Features of Top Entry Ball Valve:

1. ZECO top entry valve is easy to service. Compared with the side entry ball valve, it does not need to be removed from the pipeline. It only needs to remove the flange bolts and nuts, remove the bonnet and stem assembly from the valve body, and then maintain the valve in the pipeline. This saves maintenance time, prolongs service life, and minimizes production losses;

2. ZECO top entry ball valve features a unique retractable seat technology that allows on-line replacement of the ball club, stem seal ring metal seat and corrugated spring with minimal torque and a lower torque electric actuator;

3. ZECO top entry ball valve adopts integral design of valve body, which reduces the leakage point compared with the ordinary ball valve. Users can choose casting or forging valve body. Top entry ball valve support flange and butt weld construction;

4. The Inconel spring of ZECO top entry ball valve enables the hermetically sealed technical seat to move toward the ball, providing a two-way inlet and outlet seal.
