The product is called PP, EPE hot melt adhesive, suitable for the adhesion of hard sticky materials such as PP and EPE. Softening point at about 80 ℃, anti-temperature about 70 ℃, the opening time in 15-20 s.Our products are non-toxic and insipid. High viscosity, fast curing, easy operation, continuous use without carbonization and yellowing resistance, comply with rosh instructions.
Instructions:
1.Recommended gluing method: dispensing
2.Recommended temperature: 130 ℃ to 150 ℃
3.If there is Carbon deposition in a rubber case or hose, may consult equipment manufacturer, or clean with clean mineral oil under 120 ℃.
4.The stickiness of the adhesive can be adjusted by temperature.
5.It is prohibited to mix with other brand hot melt adhesive.
6.After adding material to the hot melt tank, the glue tank cover should be closed immediately to prevent foreign contamination.
