How to Use Thermoplastic Paint for Road Marking

The hot-melt marking paint is solid powder at normal temperature. During the construction, the paint is put into the melting kettle. The temperature in the kettle is controlled between 180 °C and 210 °C, and stirred while melting. After melting and flowing, Place in the insulated melt hopper of the scribbling car. The molten coating is then introduced back into the scoring hopper and held warm to maintain the material in a molten state.
