1. Features

ZS-GF-Z10 is a high thermal conductive insulation grease,The silicone grease is non-toxic, non-corrosive, odorless and quit, can keep long-term paste at the temperature of -60℃～200℃. The properties of excellent electrical insulating and thermal conductivity. Meanwhile low oil from the degree of high temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, good work-ability and stability. It can be widely used to contact surface between electronic products, heating element of electrical equipment(power tube, SCR, electric heating reactor, etc) and radiator (cooling fin, heat sink strip, shell). Playing an important role for moisture-proof , dust-proof, corrosion resistance, quake-proof, etc. Suitable for coating surface of the microwave communication, microwave transmission equipment, special power supply of microwave, stabilized voltage supply and various microwave devices, such silicone material provides an excellent thermal conduction for electronic components, .

2.The Typical Application

Thermal conduction and coating transistors, CPU assembly, thermistor, temperature sensors, automotive electronic components, car and refrigerator, power modules, printing head.

3.Instructions

Clean the surface of coated, the product can used to contact surface by smearing or roller coating by writing brush or silk-screen printing.

•This product can not long-term use at high temperature of 300 ℃, can continuous use at -60℃ ~ 200 ℃.
