Jiangsu LVD lighting industrial manufacturing base covers about 124000m , with total investment of RMB 500 million. After a successful accomplishment of high effcient work through the contract signed and construction commenced till production in 2011, the industrial base becomes a professional with dust-free LED COB technology and facilities, an induction lamp manufacturing center equipped with the advanced facilities of induction light source, accommodated fxture, assembly, a logistics center with an integrated supply chain for green lighting products.

The completion of Jiangsu LVD lighting industrial manufacturing base realized the vertical integration of the whole industrial chain of induction lamps including the core devices ballast, PCB, glass tubes, the light source to special fxtures of induction lamp, and tiny items as a wire and a component, large as the entire production line, etc., and all are frmly controlled by Hongyuan's quality control system. A complete industrial chain of production makes various production processes in our own control, which is a concentrated refection that Hongyuan is extremely strict to the quality of products, and highly responsible to the customer.

Lamp workshop mainly undertakes light source production, including cleaning tube , mixing trichromatic phosphor and coating, tube butt, vacuum exhaust, all of which are done automatically by machines; In electronic workshop, the production includes ballasts, PCB and other electronic components. Its dust-free workshop is constructed according to tens of thousands of dust-free standards, and the equipment is all of international advanced level. In the processes like wire soldering and die attach, all achieved fully automated operation, and during which cameras are used to recognize images, with high accuracy and speed; Fixture workshop specially produces fxtures that accommodate induction lamps and ballasts, in order to help induction lamp highlight its advantages to the fullest. Lastly, the assembly workshop is to complete the entire product assembly, and conduct testing through automatic aging line and automatic digital test line. After all the QC inspections have been completed, the product can be standardizedly packed and then put into the warehouse. In order to fully improve the working effciency in the warehouse, the action of the warehouse's reasonable layout, loading and unloading, transportation basically achieves mechanization, and also technologies as standard codes are adopted to achieve storage management automation.

In the near future, the production capacity of the LVD manufacturing base will release its power, which makes its shipping dock of warehouse very busy. Currently, all the employees are working hard to achieve the goal of an annual output of 1 billion RMB.
