The ceramic circuit board ordered by the customer is produced based on the CAD drawings provided by the customer and via electrochemical processing. As a type of functional base material with high thermal conductivity and high dielectric constant, ceramic circuit board can be applied to satellite positioning, high precision medical equipment, chips of telecommunication products, etc. The functional ceramic materials of different types and thickness could be selected to process the ceramic circuit board of special functions in accordance with the customers' requirements.
