At present,SF6 is widely used in circuit breaker, electric allocating system, transformer, arrester, capacitor, mutual inductor, particle accelerator, tracer for atmospheric diffusion testing ,refrigerants ,Anti-oxidants for smelting Mg,Al ,and relevant alloy.It also can be used as etchant in semiconductor industry, as fiber separation layer dopant in the process of manufacturing optical fiber,It is also a kind of important laser material in the application of laser.
