Traders, we place at your disposal on contract of irrevocable sale & purchase agreement with our partners (producers/suppliers), of the large quantities of the crude oil from Russia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Libya, Venezuela, Qatar and Iran as well as crude oil derivatives such as: gas oil, gasoline, jet fuel, natural gas liquefied etc. Quantity : from 500,000 to 60,000,000 barrels / month during 12 months to 60 months (variable quantity according to the origin). Quality : Quality control by SGS or another organization of your choice.Delivery : FOB or CIF AWSP (add the name of the country recipient which is obligatory). Price : Our basic prices are those of international quotations on the oil markets.Discounts : Our discounts are established starting from the oil international market prices, and depend on the ordered quantities, the duration of the contracts and the date of reception of your letter of intent of purchase. LOI + (BCL or SOFT PROBE) signed in due form. In return, you will in due form receive a FCO with a contract of NCNDA + IMFPA. Execution time : When your file is complete, we show reception and, your order can lead to less than 20 days after checking of received information that you transmitted to us (add a planning for the deliveries).SOMAT SARL -
