We choose the right material(ABS) to meet the application requirements, according to the part design, we choose the right injection machine, we design the mold with 2 cavities for cost-saving and easy repair, the parting line is selected at the maximum contour of the plastic parts to let the parts are easily be released, with a good finish, right dimensions, and high quality, and our design for gate, runner and cooling system could avoid parts defects, we inspect and test materials and each process strictly, that's why we can make high quality mold.

Using robots to pick up the parts during production can also enhance production efficiency.
