Shoulders for e clips
Key Specifications/Special Features:
- We produce two type of shoulders for e clips, one is cast in shoulder, which is pressed in concrete sleepers, this type is made by casting from irons; another one is weld on shoulders, we produce by hot forging, this type is used in typical ties which standard ties can not be used easily, this type is used on flat steel tie plate.
- Both cast in and weld on shoulders are used for fixation of Elastic Rail Clips.

- Materials refer to:
- GB/T 1348-1988, NF EN 1563(1997) or ISO1038, or DIN 1693, or
- JIS G5502 (2001) or KS D 4302, or GOST 7293(1985) or BS EN 1563(1997)
- This type of shoulders is made by casting.
- Weld-on shoulder:
- This type of shoulder is used for typical position of railroad; it is welded on flat steel plates.
- We produce according to AREA standard.
