1. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT: High quality of summer shoes classified in 3 categories: Cream, A, and B

2. QUALITIES:

- Quality Cream: Top quality of shoes almost news without almost no use and in perfect state of conservation classify per gender, type, etc. packed in bags of 23/25 KG bags

• Quality A: Without defaults and classify according gender, type, etc. packed in bags of 23/25 KG

Quality B: With some little defaults (Little stains, burns, etc.) and classified according gender, type, etc. packed in bags of 23/25 KG

3. PACKAGE: P.P bags of 23 / 25 KG sealed in the top containing as average 45 pairs (All pairs are joined by a rubber band)

4. LOADING: 20” – FCL container (9 MT) and 40” – FCL container (18 MT), and consolidated cargo by maritime or air way

5. QUANTITY AVAILABLE: 2 or 3 containers per month according supplying possibilities on local market and Clients demands

6. DELIVERY DELAY: Within following 20 - 30 days after confirmation of payment instrument agree with Buyer

7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: EXWORK – Spain (Warehouse) / Europe & CFR – West Africa according Client demand

8. PRICES (Delivered at Warehouse):

• Cream quality: 2.50 EUR/KG and up

• First quality: 1.50 EUR/KG

• Second quality: 1.00 EUR/KG

9. SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORT:

1. Bill of Loading (B/L)
2. Commercial Invoice
3. Certificate of Origin
4. Parking List
5. Certificate of Inspection by some recognized surveyor at loading Port (Charges not included in price and to agree with Client)

10. PAYMENT TERMS:

Bank transfer for the 50% at moment of order confirmation and 50% balance against export documents presentation; or irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight against presentation of export documents for the value of each partial shipment; or other payment method proposed to consider, analyses, and agree with Client.
