Beef Offals- Salted Omasum, Frozen Omasum , Tongue , Tails, Tripes, Heart, Liver, Kidney, Lungs, Brain, Tendons, Trachea, Paddy Wack, Knuckle, Buffalo Tongue, Buffalo Trachea, Frozen etc.

FROZEN METHOD:

a). Shocked / Blasted at: minus 35 - 40C.

b). Storage at: minus 20 degrees Celsius.

c). Temp during Transportation: minus 18C


Shelf life: 24 months from production date.
