* End uses: This type of charcoal containing granulometry between 25mm and 150mm is very suitable and used in domestic consumption (for fireplaces, barbecues and hookahs) and commercial use (pizzeria ovens, bakery ovens and steakhouses) and also on meat roasting restaurants (Restaurant charcoal is used in restaurants for cooking, heating, and adding flavours to the food).

- Product type: 100% wood charcoal.

- Produced from the woods, such as:

. Trade name: Quebracho blanco/White Quebracho, whose botanical name is Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco.

. Trade name: Guayacan, whose botanical name is Caesalpinia paraguariensis.

. Trade name: Mistol, whose botanical name is Ziziphus mistol.

*Note: Specific weight of the hardwoods used in our charcoal: over 900kg/m3.

- High calorific value = more than 7,910 Kcal/kg.

- Fixed carbon = between 75% and 80%.
