3 ha sont plantés en safran bio. Nous utilisons les techniques les plus naturelles pour sa culture. Le climat et altitude lui sont très favorables. Les analyses des stigmates ou pistils, lui donnent des taux excellents par rapport à la norme internationales 36 32.Le laboratoire AnaScan procède chaque année à l'analyse spectrométrique de notre safran. Le résultat est spectaculaire et conforme à la catégorie 1 de la norme iso 36 32-1.La période de la floraison du safran se situe fin octobre, début novembre sur 3 à 4 semaine La cueillette se fait à l'aube et tous les jours pendant 3 à 4 semaines selon le temps. Nous convions nos clients à une participation à la cueillette, l'émondage et le sechage.
