Rutin is a flavonol glycoside comprised of the quercetin and the disaccharide rutinose. Rutin is a powerful antioxidant. It helps the body utilize vitamin C, supports blood vessel integrity, and promotes a healthy inflammation response. It is also used in food industry as a pigment.
