Rubber Bitumen Sprayer
LMT5251GLQ rubber asphalt bitumen distributor truck is a special machine developed by our company for construction and maintenance of the asphalt road surface, it can be widely used in operations, such as transporting and spreading high-temperature liquid rubber asphalt, modified asphalt, and emulsified asphalt, etc. 1. It adopts PTO and installs two ways of beginning spray in the control system.2. Dual combustion system is designed inside the tank, for the quick heating speed. Hot oil is used for heating, to ensure that the asphalt pipeline is unblocked single-shaft powerful mixing device is set inside the tank, for the tank medium to be quickly convective and to avoid medium segregation, and settlement. The distribution is uniform and reliable3. Operating parameters is set through the computer control system, and automatic control over spraying rate is achieved through program setting4. The imported elements are used for all the key parts of the complete machine(hydraulic pump, motor, asphalt pump, conduction oil pump, air control valve, automatic control system, and speed measuring radar, etc), to ensure the overall reliability and service life.
