Nous recherchons un partenariat commercial pour l'importation de friperie française ( Femme, Enfant, Homme) en conteneurs de 40 pieds.
PROCESSUS DU PARTENARIAT:
1. Signature d'un contrat notarié (Notaire de votre choix, et inscrit à l'ordre national des notaires.) entre le propriétaire des conteneurs(vous) et l'acheteur (moi.): frais du notaire partagés.
2. Envoi du/des conteneur(s) à l'acheteur au port de Cotonou au nom de l'acheteur (vente Hors TVA)
3. L'acheteur procède au dédouanement de l'expédition à ses frais et paie une avance convenue de commun accord au propriétaire avant expédition.
4. L'acheteur dispose d'un délai de deux mois (60 jours) pour le règlement du solde.
