Railway Fastening System

Prior to Zhongbo Railway Fastening Co., Ltd., we are located in Changshu City. Our factory began in 2006, till 2008, the current facility could not meet requirements of production and market. Management team decided to move to Taicang, and source a suitable site for accommodate such big company, and then registered new company name Zhongbo Railway Fastening co., ltd. In 2009, our registered capital was enhanced to 30 millions Yuan, and company ownership changed from private owned to owned by shareholders. Zhongbo Railway Fastenings co. is a specialized rail fasteners manufacturer, we producing rail fastenings, anchors, rail joints, like rail clip, rail screws, anchor bolts. Rail clamp plates etc. and rail fishplates, fishplate bolts for connecting rail tracks. Besides, we also produce rail fastenings for crane rails and guide rails for elevators. We manufacture our products according to GB/TB(Chinese standard and Railway standards), AREA, UIC, BS, DIN, ASTM, AS etc., or produce according to customer drawings or samples. Our production are main made by hot forging, threads of rail screw spikes are made by hot rolling with special threading machines. We could produce metric threads, BS and BSW threads, TR threads or round threads. Technical specifications are according to Class 4.8, 4.6, 5.6, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 refers to standards or non-standard. We strictly control each step of production as ISO2008 requests, from raw materials to finished products, packing and delivery. For each batch of delivery, we inspect and test from chemical composition, inside structure mechanical properties, and also appearance quality. We sample according to purchase order or contract requirements. Only products meet customer requirement could be allowed to ship out. We promise to each client, our warranty time of products is one year, during this year, we will be responsible for any kind of quality problem.
