PTFE evaporating dish: round shape, concave in the middle, used for evaporating liquid, concentrated solution or dry solid substances, with polished and smooth surface.
characteristic:
1. Pure white appearance;
2. High temperature resistance: operating temperature - 200~+250 ℃;, Short term resistance to 300 ℃ on hot plate
3. Low temperature resistance: 5% at - 196 ℃;
4. Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents;
5. It shall be used on asbestos net and shall not be exposed to open fire;
6. Resistance to atmospheric aging, radiation and low permeability;
7. Self lubrication: it has the smallest friction coefficient among plastics;
8. Surface non stickiness: it is a solid material with minimum surface energy;
9. Soft mechanical property, with very low surface energy;
10. No toxicity: It has physiological inertia.
