Product Details

We can produce special, compound, special-shaped, super large, super thin, super long combined profile tools according to drawings, samples, size, tolerance and application. We can make any material and any kind of products. HSS, HSS-Co Carbide, Al203, Si3N4, PCBN, PCD, ND……

Type of flute: (standard and non-standard 1-flute~12-flute series mill, reamer): deep groove, round head, end angle R, hollow, oblique flute (tapered), long flute, for aluminium, copper application, a chip-dividing groove (for rough mill application)

Mill diameter: (miniature) φ0.10mm---φ53.00mm (solid tungsten steel), φ20.00mm--φ80.00mm (brazing)

Tolerance: (standard and non-standard) tolerance of flute diameter of diamond tungsten steel can be up to ±0.001mm (±1μm) high, and tolerance of holder diameter is more than h6.

Helical angle: 0°,25°,30°,35°,45°,50°,55°,60°

Drill bits with no point angle are used in situations where a blind, flat-bottomed hole is required. These bits are very sensitive to changes in lip angle, and even a slight change can result in an inappropriately fast cutting drill bit that will suffer premature wear. Long series drill bits are unusually long twist drill bits. However, they are not the best tool for routinely drilling deep holes, as they require frequent withdrawal to clear the flutes of swarf and to prevent breakage of the bit. Instead, gun drill bits are preferred for deep hole drilling.
