Application
The measurement of the open and lock forces of bottle caps holds significant importance as both online and offline technical parameters in production. These forces can have a direct impact on the ease of product transportation and consumer usage. Due to its exceptional stability and precision, this measurement becomes an indispensable tool in the manufacturing process.
The MCT-01 Motorized Cap Torque Tester assesses the open and lock forces of caps on various containers like medicine bottles, PET bottles, spout bags, and flexible tube packages. This torque test ensures that caps are appropriately sealed and easy to open during production, guiding the subsequent transportation and consumption phases effectively.

Test Process
A test specimen is loaded into the system using both the cap pneumatic clamp and the bottle pneumatic clamp. Upon pressing the CLAMP button, these clamps automatically engage to securely fasten the cap and bottle. After TEST button is pressed, the lower clamp initiates rotation, effectively opening or closing the bottle as per the test requirements. During this precise movement, the torque force is accurately measured and recorded, allowing for thorough analysis and evaluation of the results. This measurement ensures that the applied torque during cap sealing or opening is precisely quantified, providing valuable insights into product performance and quality control.
