Canned Artichoke:
- The percentage of permissible defects of yellow leaves and excess stems does not exceed 2%
- The salt content does not exceed 2% of the weight of the contents
Packaging in suitable water or solution and thermally treated in a suitable manner
Frozen Artichokes:
We have several weights, starting from a standard 400 gm and to one ton as follows:
– 400 gm × 20 bags in a carton
– 1 Kg × 10 bags in a carton
– 2.5 Kg × 4 bags in a carton
– 10 Kg × 1 bag in a carton
– 1 ton × 1 bag in Octabinz
- Packaging in suitable containers non-permeable for moisture
The product Store at a temperature not exceeding 18 degrees.
