The following main conclusions can be drawn:
1. From the comparison of strength and water stability at different gradation modes, the self-designed gradation is the best, and the optimum amount of cold asphalt is 5.0%. The initial Marshall Stability (MS) and molding MS of the mixture are 5.45kN and 10.73kN，and the residual stability is 92.7%.
2. The performance of the lime stone is the best among the aggregates, and the initial MS and molding MS are 5.52kN and 10.52kN respectively, and the residual stability is 98.2%. Elongated particle content increased from 5% to 30%, and the initial MS, molding MS and residual stability respectively by 41.4%, 37.7% and 17.4%. Mix temperature increased from 30 Celsius degree to 60 Celsius degree，and the initial MS, molding MS and residual stability are increased by 10.2%, 30.0% and 10.1%. Compaction times increased from 60 to 105, and the initial MS, molding MS and residual stability are increased by 32.0%, 29.0% and 6.9% respectively.
3. From the evaluation of comprehensive performances，the optimum amount of filler is 3%. The strength of cold asphalt mix is the best when silicon as filler, and the initial MS and molding MS are 5.67kN and 11.98kN respectively. The water stability of cold asphalt mix is the best when cement as filler. Hydrated lime is used to replace part of filler, which can improve the water stability of cold mix asphalt. The optimum amount of hydrated lime is 1%，and the water stability is 88.2%. When old asphalt was prepared by non-modified asphalt matrix, different mixing processes have different effects on the performances of cold mix asphalt. Results indicated that the optimal selection of aggregate is the mixture of hydrated lime slurry and aggregate, and the water stability is 96.1%.
