Au nez, il révèle des notes chaudes, boisé et puissant sans être agressif. En bouche, il dévoile tout son raffinement, sur des notes épicées et fruitées. Son goût n'est comparable à aucun autre : doux et raffiné, son parfum délicat. Le Poivre de Penja commercialisé sous le label AFIDI est le résultat d’un minutieux processus de sélection et de préparation effectué directement dans la plantation selon des critères d’hygiène et de qualité très exigeants.
