CSKX series control box for quick closing valve is a remote control plant, which is suitable for fuel oil tank, lubricating oil tank and daily supplying fuel oil tank of ship. Under the urgent condition of a fire, the product can shut off oil circuits and prevent the fire from spreading.

The air source is input to the air vessel of control-box. And the air in the vessel is divided into several ways by distributor. In case of emergency, it can quickly open the two-position three chunnel valve; The piston of air-driven quick-acting valve on the oil transferring pipe will be closed by air. After a fire, the two-position three chunnel valve resumes its normal position. And the air-driven quick-acting valve automatically reset its seat.ion1;} -->

The unit is composed with public base, marine atmosphere condenser, condensate water observation cabinet, hot water well, automatic replenish-water valve, thermometer, temperature controller, liquid controller, hot water pump, electric controller, valve etc.

The unit is a constituted part of steam condensate-water closed loop circulatory system.The surplus steam produced by boiler and condensate water produced by the steam passing through the steam-using devices are cooled when passing through atmosphere condenser. And then they flow into the hot-well to be filtered to wipe off the oil and impurities. After that they are sent into the boiler by BFP to recycle, which can save fresh water and accomplish heat exchange of the whole system.
