Operation method of the platinum cure silicone rubber

Mix the platinum cure silicone rubber and the catalyst in a mixing ratio of 1: 1 and do the process of the vacumn pumping. (If there is no vacumn machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused.)

Put the product which is covered with a layer of release agent in the middle of a squre frame formed of 4 wooden or plastic plates.

Pour the mixture into the frame.

After 3 to 5 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original mold, then you get a finished platinum cured silicone mold.
