Plastic Film Recycling System

RTE Plastic Film Recycling System is designed for plastic film (heavy contaminated) shredding and washing, to produce uni-sized film flakes of high purity and low humidity. The high contamination level of domestic and agricultural film introduces a major challenge in recycling. Therefore, we have designed a series of recycling solutions to meet different requirements of customers.

A typical Plastic Film Recycling System consists of: :

● Pre-shredder: wet shredding for size reduction and washing
● Screw Washer ①: washing and material transportation
● Pre-washer: removal of some sands and other dirt
● Screw Washer ②: washing and material transportation
● Sink-Float Separation Tank ①: removal of some contamination and helps wash the material
● Granulator: wet granulation for size reduction and washing
● Screw Washer ③: washing and material transportation
● Horizontal Friction Washer ①: high speed washing/scrubbing of material
● Sink-Float Separation Tank ②: removal of some contamination and helps wash the material
● Horizontal Friction Washer ②: high speed washing
● Centrifugal Dryer: mechanical dewatering of the product
● Thermal Drying System: hot air drying of the product
● Automatic Big-Bag Station: storing or packing of finished product

Applications

All kinds of plastic film waste including:
Heavy contaminated agricultural film; shopping bags; palletizing tapes; film of PVA; BOPP; LDPE; PET; PA; CPP etc

Testing

All principal machines are tested individually for 80-100 hours to ensure stable performance. All equipments prior to delivery are assembled into a production line and tested under "real world” condition, thus guaranteeing the quality and performance of products. Visitors are welcome to attend these trials and receive training on operation and maintenance.
