Characteristics and Application of pad printing silicone rubber:

1. Pad printing silicone rubber is a double-component silicone rubber, and can be vulcanized in room temperature. Solidify time depends on the mount of curing agent, the more the curing agent, the faster the curing.

2. Pad printing silicone rubber is used for surface printing of plastic and hardware products. It has good resistance to wearing, no distortion, no leakage and good ink transfer property.

How to Use Pad printing silicone rubber:

1. Uniformly stir the pad print silicone rubber for 5-10 minutes in the package barrel before use.

2. Clean the mold with detergent, and dry up the mold by a piece of cloth or an air gun and then coat the mold with a layer of release agent.

3. The normal proportion between the printing silicone and si-oil depends on the requirements of the customers. If pattern is too big, a soft silicon pad is needed and the amount of si-oil is increased. Contrarily, if a silicon pad with high hardness is needed, the silicone oil should be added less or not. The appropriate hardness of general pad printing silicone rubber is 15A°~-25 A°; if too much silicone oil is added, the silicon pad is so soft that the printing times is limited, thereby bringing about abrasion intolerance, solvent intolerance and aging.

Storage, Transportation and Notes:

1.The products should be deposited in a clean, ventilating and shade place.

2. The products are non-dangerous goods.

3. Avoid skin and eyes contacting with the curing agent in processing.

4. Once exposed, immediately wash with certain detergent and water. If splash into eyes, should wash with flowing water at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor
