Overload Limiter

The Weight Overload Limiter consists of the sensor, computing amplifier, controlling actuator and load editor, etc. It is equipped with a display, controller and alarm device. When the crane lift items, the deformation of the sensor is converted into an electrical signal, which is amplified, and then the load weight is calculated. When the load weight reaches 90% of the rated weight, a warning signal is issued; When the load exceeds the rate, the power supply is cut off.

Specification of Overload Limiter

The Overload Limiter receives the force from the crane when lifting materials, then feed backs to the instrument to collect, contrast, read and judge, and then displays current weight and indicates the corresponding state. When the load exceeds the rated weight, the lifting circuit of the crane hook will be cut off immediately to make the crane not lift, in order to protect the crane and operator from being injured.
