Functions of Neutral Protease
1. Supplement the deficiency of endogenous protease for animal.

Definition of Activity Neutral Protease
One unit (U) of protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at 30℃ and pH 7.5 under the conditions of the test.
Dosage of Neutral Protease
Recommended dosage is 50-100g/t with 50000U/g in complete feed.
