NAD+ has a protective effect against renal infarction caused by ischemic surgery, significantly reducing the levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in serum; NAD+ also has a protective effect on renal tubular injury caused by ischemic surgery. NAD+ can effectively protect against kidney injury caused by renal ischemia. It has certain applications in the preparation of drugs for treating inflammatory pain.
