Motorcycle Floating Front Brake Disc

1.Full Floating Wave blades ensure optimum pad-to-rotor contact for maximum stopping force and feel
2.Extremely predictable and consistent
3.Drastically increase lever feel/modulation and brake torque
4.Kit includes semi-metallic Carbon brake pads and a 6061-T6 aluminum relocating bracket
Material: Cold rolled Steel plate as standard GB3280-92;
Hot rolled steel plate as GB4237-92.
Aluminium alloy material as 6061, 7075 and 7050.
Heat Treatment: Heat treatment for super hardness and toughness.
Roughness: Working face roughness may attain Ra 0.8, fixing face Ra 1.6.
Appearance: Electrophoretic painting for black color, other colors like silver and gold also need electrostatic painting, Anodizing colors for Al. Alloy parts.
Thermal Resistance: 180°C temperature resistance, high temperature paint can be available for 250°C temperature resistance.
Film Thickness: Paint film thickness 0.01mm for black, other colors thicker
Film Hardness: Painting film hardness standard as GB/T6739-1966, adhesive power as GB/T9286-98
