The solution of microfluids is focusing on developing and manufacturing small channel design glass chip, customized as your own design with a reasonable price, we have complete solution from glass/quartz material, etching, hole drilling and glass cutting, bonding and final testing.
We have developed a series of microfuilds chip with channels ranging from 10um~50um width. And unlike the fixed depth to width ratio (1: 2) with traditional process, our method are much more flexible, we could make 1: 5 to 5: 1 at different width ranges, which offer a lot of flexibilities to the designer and applications.
And we also have solutions of micro holes drilling in glass, as well as precision glass cutting with +/-2um precision and low cost for mass production.
