Medical Grade Stainless Steel Tubing Description

Stainless steel medical tubes available as thin wall tubes in seamless or welded redrawn condition or as seamless thick wall tubes. Medical tubes are available in a range of stainless steels and delivered with cold drawn, ground, extremely polished or bright surface, relying on size and wall thickness.

Huashang stainless steel medical tube is well-known for its flexibility, rotproofness, high-temperature resistance, tensile stress, and waterproofness. Medical tubing is characterized by tight tolerances, the minimum OD can be tailored into 0.19mm, with wall thickness at 0.02mm.

In order to optimize the uniform flow between liquid and gas from the sensor to measuring instrument, we use the bright annealing technique to make sure the internal and external surface of the medical grade stainless steel tubing smooth and highly polished, without leaving any oil or grease particles.
