5. Quality control
A. Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 200 째C for 60 minutes, remove
immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid should not be
broken or cracked.
B. Impact resistance test: drop the 225g ball from the height of 1.5 meter in free fall
and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.
C. Pressure test: use 120 grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for 15 times, then check after 24 hours,the lid should not be broken or cracked.
D.Dishwasher test: washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.
