Filling Machine
This 5 heads vape cartridge filling machine is specially developed for filling semi-finished vapes. It has the advantages of precise positioning, high-speed operation, easy and fast operation, accurate oil output without waste, time and effort saving, cost saving, low cost and durability.
working principle
It adopts high-quality motor + PLC control system. It is positioned through the programmed movement of the jig tray, filling head and base. The ceramic core metering pump performs suction. Each head can independently control the accuracy. To achieve high-precision quantitative oil injection, the pump head body is made of 316 stainless steel, the plunger rod is made of ceramic, and all parts that come into contact with the e-liquid are made of food-grade materials.
