3. Need to fix the LGA60 socket onto PCB, it is through hole technology. Please find below corresponding PCB layout

4. This product is suitable for chip size of 13x17mm, other sizes of LGA60 series are

5. All parts are with 60 pins and pin pitch 1.0mm.

6. Support testing with or without solder ball.

7. Apply to IC thickness of 0.8 to 1.5mm.
