Levodopa
左旋多巴是多巴胺的氨基酸前体，具有抗帕金森病的特性。左旋多巴是一种前药，可通过 DOPA 脱羧酶转化为多巴胺，并能穿过血脑屏障。在大脑中，左旋多巴被脱羧为多巴胺并刺激多巴胺能受体，从而补偿帕金森病中内源性多巴胺供应的耗尽。
