Quality Control

The sterile wet wipes workshop is coupled with 100‘000 air purification system, covering an area of 1500 square meters. We have 3 fully-automated production lines, 2 semi-automated production lines, 2 automatically capping production lines and 1 mini pack production line. We obtain certificates from ISO and FDA. For every batch of wipes, we make microbiological test to confirm the products meet the standard and safety level.

Traceability

We have strict traceability system, if there are any quality problems or consumer complaints, we can trace back according to our records and find the original reasons and we will make the correcting measurements to avoid the same quality issues.

Audit

Our Euro customer will come to our factory to do very strict audit every year. We will also do inner audit at least twice/year.
