Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB bearing) is a type of seismic isolators for buildings. LRB bearing is made of multi-layer natural rubber and multi-layer steel plate, embedded with vertical lead core, which has good vertical bearing capacity and horizontal deformation capacity. The lead core of the LRB bearing can absorb seismic energy during plastic deformation, greatly increasing the energy consumption and wind resistance of the isolated building. (the support and the connecting plate are vulcanized as a whole)
