L(+)-Tartaric acid
Used as acid, chelating agent, antioxidant enhancer, flavoring agent, quick-acting leavening agent, acidic substance, edible pigment diluent.
Curing agent: Generally, 0.1% - 0.2% is added to cool beverages, and it is often used in combination with other organic acids such as citric acid and malic acid. In sweet food products, the limit is 2% in Japan and 4% in the United States.
