Purpose:

The instrument is a new high precision, digital full space inclination measurement device. It is used for direction orientation and inclination measurement during engineering borehole, directional borehole, horizontal borehole, connection borehole, and other drilling hole in the non-magnetic area. It can provide depth, tool face angle, dip angle and azimuth angle of borehole. It has been widely used in engineering, hydrology, oil field, coal field, and geology.

The instrument is composed of laptop (optional), controlling case, and inclinometer probe. It adopts test data coded long distance transmission techniques, so it can transmit test data through cable accurately and reliably; It combines a high performance sensor with digital signal processing techniques, so it is in high precision and good stability; It can upload test data to laptop through RS232 serial port directly, so it can show test data, plane diagram, sectional diagram, and side projection diagram directly, and it can save test data. If connect to a printer, it can print out test data, plane diagram, sectional diagram, side projection diagram and space trace diagram.

2. Measurement range and error:

(1) Dip angle: 0~180°, error is ±0.1°;

(2) Azimuth angle: 0~360°;

If dip angle is at 1~3°, or 177~179°, error is ±3.0°;

If dip angle is at 3~177°, error is ±1.5°;

(3) Tool face angle: 0~360°, error is 2.0°;

3. Measurement mode: at fixed points; depth interval and quantity of measurement points can be preset at random;

4. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50 Hz;

5. Working environment of controlling case:

(1) Temperature: -10℃~50℃;

(2) Relative humidity: ≤85%;

6. Working environment of inclinometer probe:

(1) Temperature: 0℃~75℃;
