HWPS nine-folded enclosure control cabinet by welded frame

1.Rack of the cabinet is made by the steel with nine times bent for highly strengh, we've chosen specialized support frame welded together,so the structure is firm, able to carry a heavy load. arrangement of wires is quite handy.

2.We apply spcc cold-rolled steel or stainless steel for all of our products, 2mm thickness of front door, 1.5mm thickness of panels, 1.2-1.5mm thickness of top cover.2.5mm galvanized mounting plate.

3.Top cover, side panel,rear door and bottom cover are fastened by bolts and fasteners,it's easy for both assembly and disassembly. Thus the installation in cabinet is much handier.

4.All of doors, panels apply PU FOAM made by full-automatic numerical control Auto Gluer, and the door is 3 points locked(up, mid, down) which ensure that cabinet is highly enclosed.It meets the standard of IP55.

5.The mounting plate can be adjusted back and forth for the distance of multiple of 25mm, interior device can be adjusted vertically and horizontally for the distance of multiple of 25mm.

6.The door, top cover, rack are all able to earth. There are 3 cable boards at the bottom for cable arrangement

7.The front door is of single or swing door, with an angle of 130 degrees,the height of the door to the ground is 25mm.the reinforcing frame is inside the front door, equipped with to 25 mm spacing of mounting holes.In addition, the front door provides mounting crossbar to strengthen it and more flexible to binding wire.
