Composition:
This oil is composed of 1/5 monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) and more than half of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-6, that is to say 20% of gamma linolenic acid, these are"excellent" omega-6). Gamma-linolenic acid is a fatty acid that we urgently need (in our diet) rather than being naturally synthesized by our body.
