This kind of crushing chamber is suitable for crushing materials when the width of the discharging mouth is not necessary to be adjusted to be very small, for example, the coarse jaw crusher whose discharging mouth is bigger than 150 mm.
The second type, a relatively long curving line is made on the discharging mouth of the cone crusher. However, the gradient of the angle of the crushing chamber reduces is pretty large, and the blocking point is put on top, then the blockage is reduced significantly. For this reason, this type of crushing chamber is suitable for the cycle cone crusher whose discharging mouth is smaller than 150 mm.
The third type, there is a wide rang of curving crushing chamber over the discharging mouth, and a long parallel and horizontal zone is formed because the bottom part of the movable cone bends to the fixed cone. For this reason, this crushing chamber type can be used in medium and fine cycle crushing machines. However, if the rock materials are very hard, then the curving line of the bottom part of the movable cone will be wore and tore in a very short period of time, so that it cannot reach the requirement of keeping stable size of the discharging mouth for a long period of time.
That is to say, when the customers are choosing the types of the crushing chamber, they should not only take into consideration the purpose of the cone crusher, but the physical property, water content and mud content of the rocks. The materials with high mud and water content are not suitable for crushing chambers with long flat and horizontal zone, and in addition, materials with high hardness is not suitable to choose the last type of crushing chamber.
